Under the orange setting of the COVID-19 framework protection we will continue to utilise virtual (phone and video) consultations however in person consults will be main method of consulting. Please refer to the Ministry of Health's website for up to date information. If you have ANY cold symptoms (eg. fever, headache, runny nose, sore throat, new onset muscle ache, tiredness or cough) please DO NOT come in and call reception upon arrival (or have a virtual consult if you do not require a physical examination).

As per MOH website please have a swab on day 5 and day 12 and self isolate for 14 days. Please call and book for your COVID swab with us. We will make time slots available COVID swabbing. Time slots will be updated on a daily basis.
You will be encouraged to access the patient portal for your results by your doctor so please register by clicking to the right and fill in the patient portal consent form. Only significantly abnormal results will be informed otherwise you can call the nurse or healthcare assistant for your normal results.
