NewsFLU VACCINES HAVE ARRIVED! We will start administering the flu vaccine on Wednesday 14 April. You can now book online or call for your flu vaccine appointment IF you are 65 years or older. Please read the information as per link for more information about the flu vaccine prior to booking please. Please also update your mobile phone details if they have changed. We do have a sufficient supply of flu vaccines so there is no need to rush to book in your appointment. You can also have the zostavax (shingles) vaccine at the same time. This is currently funded until the end of this year.
For those with chronic conditions the start date has been delayed until early May. The general population will follow after this. Please ensure you update your email AND mobile contact details with reception so we can contact you when it is your turn. COVID-19 VACCINATION NEWS: if you are 65 yrs old and over, the unofficial advice currently is that you can go to Otara MIT (map) and receive your vaccination there. We are still awaiting news if we can start vaccinating from our clinic and will update you via our website once we know. We have just been informed by Homecare Medical (15.4.21) they will not arrange bookings so we have removed the 0800 number from our website. Information we are receiving from our patients and through the official channels is changing daily! We will update news here as soon as we are informed. Please call and book for your COVID swab with us. We will make time slots available COVID swabbing. Time slots will be updated on a daily basis. Results: you will be encouraged to access the patient portal for your results by your doctor so please register by clicking to the right and fill in the patient portal consent form. Novel coronovirus (Covid-19): If you have cold symptoms (ie 1 or more of the following- fever, runny nose, cough, headache, muscle aches, fatigue) PLEASE let reception know at the time of booking your appointment.
