We will make time slots available on Monday 29 February 1215pm-1pm and 4pm for COVID swabbing. So call us on Monday morning to book for this. We usually accommodate for all our registered patients and their relatives. Time slots will be updated on a daily basis.
Email update: we will likely notify our patients about the upcoming COVID-19 vaccine by email so please update your email address as well as your mobile (go to the Contact). Level 3 lockdown. It is recommended that we move to remote (virtual -video or phone) consultations. The doors will be locked and you will be required to call us prior to entering. Please wear a mask. We are encouraging virtual consultations (phone or video) in about 70% of cases so it is possible you may not see the doctor even if you booked an in person consult and arrive at the practice. If you have a virtual consult and have photos of a skin lesion/rash/ sore throat etc please send this at least 30 mins prior to your appointment to howickreception@outlook.com. We appreciate your understanding in what is a challenging situation for all. If you have only mild cold symptoms and would like a swab please call the nurse to arrange this. There is no change for a COVID consult. Additional charges apply if other non COVID issues are discussed. Results: you will be encouraged to access the patient portal for your results by your doctor so please register by clicking to the right and fill in the patient portal consent form. November 2, 2020: Dr Vallings is now available for in-person consultations on both Tuesday and Thursday sessions. This is subject to change depending on COVID level. Novel coronovirus (Covid-19): If you have cold symptoms (ie 1 or more of the following- fever, runny nose, cough, headache, muscle aches, fatigue) PLEASE let reception know at the time of booking your appointment.
